Create your account by going to https://fane.vhx.tv/login. Enter the email address you used to purchase your product, then click the button ‘Email Me a Sign In Link’. Make sure to check your junk emails for the ‘Sign In to Fane’ email from Fane if you do not see it in your inbox. When you have accessed the events page via your email, you will be able to access the live stream (when it’s live!) by clicking on the event page.

FAQs and Tips to help you get the most out of your Live Stream experience:

1. Ensure you follow the above instructions ahead of time, to make sure you can access the live stream.  The broadcast will be live with a 30 minute countdown half an hour before the event is due to begin.
2. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.  If you have any technical issues accessing or during the broadcast contact faneonline@fane.co.uk
3.  Can I view this stream on my TV?  Yes, you can watch it on a TV, however we have found that Smart TVs themselves are not the best at Vimeo streaming.  We would recommend screen sharing between laptop and TV, or connecting an HDMI cable from laptop to TV.
4. What if I miss the start of the event?  You will not be able to rewind when the Live Stream is broadcasting, byt you will be able to watch it On Demand once the event has ended.
