Collegium Records will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Our total liability to you under these Terms and Conditions will be limited to the purchase price of the product at the time of your order.

Any contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. These Terms and Conditions and all communications between us will be conducted in the English language.

These Terms and Conditions govern your visit to Collegium Records. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Orders
Prices and availability of the products and services listed on this website are subject to change without notice. The listing, description of, or reference to, a product or service on this site does not imply that the product or service is presently available for sale. In the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or for no reason at all. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any product or service. Not all products and services listed on this site may be available for sale or delivery in every area. All orders of products or services are subject to prevailing law, including, as appropriate, export and import regulations and boycotting restrictions, if any, imposed by governing bodies having jurisdiction over such orders, products or services.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers must be redeemed within one year of issue. If the value of the gift voucher is greater than that of the order, then the unused value will be lost.
Price
The prices for the products are set out on this website and include applicable taxes where appropriate. Credit/debit card payments will be deducted in pounds sterling. Prices for postage and packing differ according to region and include applicable taxes where appropriate. They are as follows:
CDs
Delivery within the UK (1st class mail) = free of charge
Delivery to Europe (airmail) = £5.00 and £1.00 per item thereafter
Delivery outside Europe (airmail) = £5.00 and £1.00 per item thereafter
Security
All payments on this website are processed by either Paypal or WorldPay. WorldPay use state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are protected against online fraud. Delivery times
Collegium Records will aim to process all orders within 2 working days of receipt. Providing the product is in stock, delivery in the UK should be within 7 working days of despatch, Europe within 14 working days of despatch, and the rest of the world within 14 working days of despatch. If you have any queries with your order, please email us at orders@collegium.co.uk.
Faulty CDs or Booklets
If you think a compact disc is faulty, we recommend that you try it on another player first before returning it to us. To return a faulty CD, purchased via this website, please include a full description of the fault, including track number and time where the fault occurred. All faulty discs will be tested by us at Collegium Records before a replacement is sent to you.

If a booklet is faulty, simply email orders@collegium.co.uk for a replacement booklet, and don’t forget to include your street address.
Cooling-off period
New legislation allows you to return internet purchases within seven days of receipt and to receive a refund of the CD price provided it is still shrink-wrapped.
Transfer of Rights
Although we may use the terms “sell”, “purchase”, “order,” or “buy” on the website or in these Terms and Conditions, no right, title or interest in any Licensed Material (by which we mean data or items included on any compact disc, or super audio compact disc) or in this website is transferred or granted to you as a result of your purchasing, downloading, copying or otherwise. All rights in the Licensed Material and in this website are owned by John Rutter trading as Collegium Records or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sub-licensable right to use the products and the website only for your personal use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. For the avoidance of any doubt you do not have the right to make copies of any Licensed Material for your family, friends or colleagues. Except as set out above, you are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, lending, hiring, performing in public, broadcasting or distributing in any other manner any of the Licensed Material or any part of this website (with the exception of the ‘Programme Notes’, which can be used with a credit to johnrutter.com). If do you, this will constitute a copyright infringement by you. You may not, nor allow any other person to, alter, reverse disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify the whole or any part of the Service or Licensed Material nor disable any copy protection or use limitation systems associated with the Service or Licensed Materials. You may not play and then re-digitise any Licensed Materials, or upload the Licensed Materials to the Internet. You may not use the Licensed Materials in conjunction with any other third party content (eg to provide sound for a film) or to create derivative works. You may not sell or offer to sell the Licensed Materials, including but not limited to, posting any of the Licensed Material on Hardware containing the Licensed Material for auction on any Internet auction site. Privacy/Personal Details
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. We collect information about you to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We do not share personal customer information with any entity outside of Collegium Records for any purpose other than as required to process orders, or as required by law.
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time thereafter are correct and complete. We shall not be liable to you in any way if you do not provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when filling out our registration form or maintain and promptly update your registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your registration. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details in order that we can communicate with you effectively.
