The choral works of John Rutter are loved by many choirs worldwide. Especially for Koorschool Delft, John makes a return to the Netherlands in September, where he will give a masterclass. A special project choir will be formed for this occasion, which will perform a selection of his works in a concert conducted by John.
On Saturday 17th September, there will be rehearsals in the morning led by a rehearsal teacher. The afternoon rehearsal will be with instrumentalists and John Rutter.
Please note: this event, spans two days and is open to advanced singers.
The repertoire will include the Dutch premiere of Rutter’s Three Shakespeare Songs; a selection of pieces from The Sprig of Thyme, and Birthday Madrigals.
