Come & Sing with John Rutter – Nottingham

If you love singing, and can read a bit of music, this inspiring workshop is for you. John will be returning to the Concert Hall in Nottingham for an afternoon of choral singing to lift the spirits.
Music will be a mixture of old and new, including some of John’s own well-loved choral works. If you’re not a singer yourself, come along as a supporter instead.

John conducts the UK premiere of Reflections, his brand new piano concerto which will be performed by British pianist Steven Osborne.
That’s the highlight of a concert that features two of John’s favourite American classics: Bernstein Candide: Overture and Copland Appalachian Spring: Suite – pure uplift – and another, very special treat, as he conducts RPO principal oboe John Roberts in a delightful solo showpiece.
